Client experienced very low display compliance with only 70% of retailer locations consistantly being executed. Buyer authorized promotions in 2,000 stores, but only 1,400 stores were set properly with sufficient product and signage. The retail merchandisers consistanly reported that store associates either refused placement or did not have enough space to place display even though display quantities were shipped.

How Retevo Solved the Situation

Retevo utilized its evo3 technology and analyzed promotional execution performance to develop an actionable display strategy. First, we optimized the promotional store list with data from historical store performance to ensure these locations had the capacity and display space to execute effectively. Next, we  enhanced promotional inventory levels and lead time, then increased rep focus in-store by giving them additional tools to improve success. Finally, we deployed a blind audit to ensure reporting accuracy, this resulted in a 95% display execution with a merchandising cost savings of 35%.
